Helping brilliant minds flourish
If we haven’t met in real life, hello. I spend my working life helping brilliant people think more clearly about what they’re building, and about how they’re doing it.

Your work matters, a lot. You might be a founder scaling something faster than you expected, a senior leader carrying more than you let on, or a business owner who has quietly run out of people to think out loud with. Whatever it is, thank you for doing work that matters to you. The people I work with would rather challenge conventional thinking than repeat it.
Several years ago my curiosity about human potential and happiness took me a long way from a spreadsheet. In 2015 I went to Dharamsala to study Buddhism, and I’ve since trained under teachers including the Dalai Lama and at Plum Village Zen Monastery in France, with further training in New York and Paris.
That trip is the reason I do this work. What I found was a practical set of ideas about attention, and about how people actually change. Then I wanted to know whether the science agreed, so I studied psychology to find out.
I bring together ancient wisdom from the East and modern neuroscience, which sounds very grand until you’re in the room and it turns out to mean practical education, no-nonsense knowledge and the occasional uncomfortable question.
My work sits across three areas: leadership, including women in leadership; performance and culture; and entrepreneurship. Sometimes that’s training or facilitation for a team, sometimes one-to-one coaching. I’ve designed and delivered more than fifty programmes and worked with over five thousand leaders across EMEA, from fast-paced multinationals like Meta to government agencies like Enterprise Ireland.
I have also recorded a set of guided practices, which are free to listen to on Insight Timer.

I hold an MA in Applied Positive and Coaching Psychology from University College Cork and an MSc in Digital Marketing and Data Analytics from TU Dublin, and I’m a certified Hogan Practitioner and an associate member of both the EMCC and the Psychological Society of Ireland.
Psychometrics are built into how I work rather than bolted on, so most one-to-one work opens with Hogan and VIA Strengths. We start from evidence rather than impressions.
What you get from me is clear thinking and a real interest in how you work.
I’m all about connection, and it’s at the core of what I do. I’m based at Republic of Work in Cork City, working with clients across Ireland and internationally.

I take on a small number of one-to-one clients, corporate and individual, at a time, and it’s best to plan ahead. Tell me what you’re working on and what’s making it hard, and on a short call we’ll work out whether I can help.
